The Loss Prevention Project Manager II will participate in cross functional projects by assessing the project needs, assist with development of new process, identifying areas for potential loss and make recommendations for prevention. The project manager will also review current processes, procedures and software to improve effectiveness and efficiency of Loss Prevention.



  • Answer questions, research and trouble shoot issues related to store systems and the SSC systems they interact with, store operations and store processes.
  • Escalate issues as needed by holding or attending meetings, calling, e-mailing and/or simulation/recreation in a real or test environment.
  • Collaborate with the Information Technology group and other impacted functional areas to assist with problem solving, testing, results validation and rollouts of system fixes.
  • Research merchandise issues. Work with the Merchandise group and provide recommendations for new and existing product placement and protection. Attend category planning and line reviews.
  • Review existing controls and processes in the stores for potential risk and make recommendations to mitigate.
  • Coordinate cross functionally to holding meetings and conference calls as needed to create, edit and update Coaching for Quality Audits process.
  • Complete store visits to test and verify appropriate Loss Prevention controls, processes and software are functioning as expected.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with every level of the business
  • Highly developed critical and analytical thinking required
  • Highly developed problem solving and decision-making ability required
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to meet the changing business needs
  • Three to Five years of field management experience needed to find answers to problem-solving situations that arise in the stores
  • Three to five years in Business, Operations, Project Management, and Loss Prevention
  • Knowledge of process improvement models
  • Broad understanding of technical functionality of systems and processes in company’s store environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
