More About This Team
The Property Management team provides critical support for the Store Development functional area of AutoZone. We work cross-functionally to manage AutoZone’s 6,700+ properties, primarily located in the Domestic U.S. and Puerto Rico. Responsibilities include: negotiating agreements and resolutions, coordinating the sale of excess properties, and managing our numerous leased properties. Our team is committed to supporting AutoZone’s continued growth while maintaining our current portfolio of properties. We do so by leveraging our team’s varied abilities and experiences and ensuring that each team member is put in a position to be successful now and into the future.
The Role at a Glance
As an Imaging Lead, Property Management, you will oversee the document imaging process for AutoZone real estate files, ensuring all metadata is accurately applied. You'll supervise Office Team contractors to maintain high standards and prepare, scan, and release documents into Documentum. Additionally, you'll follow a 4-step verification process to guarantee documents are easily retrievable by various Store Support Center (SSC) departments.
• Handle document transfers: You will receive interoffice document transfers via courier from the Store Support Center (SSC).
• Scan and manage files: You will scan documents, apply metadata to electronic files, and release them to the Documentum repository.
• Coordinate workflows: You will work with Document Management Specialists and the Property Management Specialist to ensure smooth workflow between the imaging team and the document prep team.
• Manage real estate files: You will retrieve and return real estate files for preparation, imaging, and reassembly.
• Perform additional duties: You will take on other related tasks as assigned by the project leader or Property Management Specialist.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: You bring a minimum of 3 - 5 years of document imaging experience, working with high-speed scanning machines, document repositories and interface software
• Detail-Oriented and Organized: You have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your duties.
• Administrative Skills and Confidentiality: You're familiar with administrative tasks and can handle them efficiently while maintaining and respecting confidentiality requirements.
• Self-Starter and Team Player: You're a self-motivated individual who can stay focused and complete tasks independently, and you thrive in a team environment, enjoying collaboration to achieve common goals.
• Communication: You possess excellent communication skills, making it easy to interact with others and convey information clearly.
