Lease Administrator

Job Description

Position Summary:  

This position is responsible for a variety of lease administration activities including the high-level abstracting of commercial real estate documents, entering the required data points into AutoZone’s Lucernex database, which includes the timely and accurate reading, understanding and data entry for all new governing commercial real estate related documents.  Additionally, the responsibilities of verifying landlord ownership changes and associated data entry, assistance with the monthly rent run and other Lease Administration activities as assigned.

Job Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

·       Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files.

·       Communicating with Property Management Manager to ensure continued alignment on project progress.

·       Strong ownership of Property Management system data integrity.

·       Providing general Lease Administration and Property Management support.

Skills and Requirements: 

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience working with Commercial Real Estate documents, essential data entry skills and familiarity with database software such as Lucernex, Excel and other Microsoft products.

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lease Administration experience.

·       Very detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all duties.

·       Familiar with administrative duties.

·       Maintain and respect confidentiality requirements.

·       Strong organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

·       Great communication skills and a team player.

Physical Demands: 

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.  On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
